most beneficial lifestyle changes involve eliminating something. oil pulling swings both ways. it helps eliminate toxins and it adds good oils to the body. it is one of the most beneficial protocols i know of. the strength of it is in the consistency of doing it every day and the length of days one has done it. there is even real gains to be made in pulling four or five times in a row. it will induce almost a euphoria of calm and clarity. it is a mucus buster and in my top five of things to do.
