Hi Trapper, thanks for your response. The stuff I have is Provodine Iodine 10% solution. It also has in it citric acid , glycerin, nonoxynol-09, sodium hydoroxide and water. Do you know if those things are okay to ingest? Or are they okay being absorbed into the skin?

Does it give you as much Iodine as ingesting the lugols? Perhaps I'd just be safer getting the lugols.
