paint to your hearts content. the stuff in the pharmacy/supermarket has wood alcohol in it. painting with it wont kill you, but i wouldnt drink it. in fact, i personally wouldnt touch it any more. you want a skin dose, use povodine or betadine. i like lathering it all over my body using a couple of 8oz bottles and then soaking in it.
