Help please

well the thing is like this, in the last 2 weeks ive been going to the dentist in order to take out all the Amalgams i have, replace them with a plastic-like filling with the colour of the teeth. well the problem comes here i have recently read this article:

Is about Hulda Clark ´s dental clean up...and it really scared the hell out of me, because now i don´t know what to use for filling... now it seems like everything is cancerous.... i am really spending a lot of money taking out all the amalgams, and now i don´t know if the fillings i am using are good...

my dentist uses a blue light to seal the filling... i dont know if that helps..?
