I have just got up and found all these messages. This is so helpful to me, thankyou everyone. I will go and printout all this info today and have a good read. I will try to get hold of the herbs. The lady that did the colonics (we only have one person do this here, in Canberra) deals with herbs etc. so she may know of where to get these things. Although, I doubt she would want me taking anything else apart from what she prescribes. I DON'T CARE !!!

Anyway, I feel way more positive today. Thanks to everyone.
