You have to give yourself time to come of the Paxil. Withdrawl can be very serious...even more dangerous than the drug itself, so do it slowly. Especially since you have been on it for 10 years! At best, these drugs should only be used for a few months, if used at all. It is going to take time for your body to adjust.
Drink a "green drink" every day. Get lots of B vitamins, particulary B6. Try to exercise, as that creates endorphins.
You are going to start feeling things again when you get off the Paxil. Remember, everyone experiences
Depression now and then, so don't be afraid of it.
