Re: Natural Alternative(s) to Prozac????

I was on several different antidepressants for 4 years. They made me sooo sick. Told doc I wanted to try something natural, he said no. I never went back. :)

I went to an herb shop wanting to purchase SAMe but they said they had better response from customers on this product.

The brand is Nature's Sunshine, the product is Mood Elevator - CONCENTRATED. I bought it from NS and it cost me double what I just found some place else...

I felt normal in 3 days...no side effects whatsoever. I eventually stopped taking it and a year later the Depression returned so I started taking it again....THIS time...I chose to FIX what was CAUSING the depression...my poor eating and unstable hormones. Now I am off all forms of ADs.
