Re: new to cleansing & fasting, need help

I started cleansing about 8 years ago and it really worked well for me and a lot my medical syptoms which included constipation, hemorroids and the list goes on. I had tried other products and one in particular that was a 14 day fasting program which did not improve my constipation or hemorroids. It just got worse. After my 3rd program I was reluctant to use another program that a friend recommended but I thought I would give it one more shot. It was DrNatura's "Colonix" and it took about 6 weeks before the herbs started working wonders, my bowel movements became regular within a week, however that was not what really blew me away. It was what I passed in the 6th week that made me realize I finally found something that was going to improve my well being. I passed parasites for 3 days straight and my whole body became energized and my skin became bright - people complimented me on how I looked refreshed and more positive. I could sleep the night through, where as before I was constantly waking up during the night. I lost 10lbs of built up "junk" and I felt great. I incorporate this cleanse yearly and sometimes I will do it 2 x a year. I think cleansing is important to my health and well being. Tweet
