"Bracing" was one of the explanations for costo. Stress due to the "fight or flight" response that is suppressed.

Makes sense Doc.

I think that was one of my problems, as I was in an incredibly stressful job at the time. I either wanted to bash my boss over her head with heavy office equipment, or flee at every staff meeting. I could do neither, even though I did visualize bashing her over the head many many times.

But I'd be willing to put money on the inflammation issue. Attack full body inflammation, get rid of costo for good.
