That is what I was thinking so EM came to my mind. This is a product that has the bacteria in it and all its byproducts. BTW,It is a fermenting product that requires refrigeration. I was thinking that EM could possibly contain the proteins that we are looking for. {guessing} I will research more on this tomorrow. I am on vacation so I have nothing better to do, and this is definitely worth my time.
