Canada/USA Border, a true nightmare, MH
For over 40 years I have heard horror stories of American's entering/exiting Canada. It has always been as though if you want to go to Canada, prepare to be a victim. You can loose anything and everything to the border guards and the mentality has been you are the victim, we have the Power and you will succumb, give us our demands or go to our jail. I have NEVER heard a good story all of my life from anyone visiting Canada, but have heard of horror stories of having your boat, your guns, your camping equipmentment and just about anything of value stolen by the border guards with the threat that you had better leave it here and get back to your country while you still have the chance.
This is the lastest stupidity from Canada:
Brenda's parents have a hauling business, they travel the USA and Mexico hauling Catapiller Dozers. They need to enter Canada, have their passports, have their idees, etc.....they are stopped at the border and ordered to remove their extra axles from their semi, they say find, we can hit a button and raise the cheater axles so they don't touch your highway and let the weight tear up your bridges and roads. Naturally these retarded border guards say you must REMOVE the cheater axles, raising them off the road is not good enough for CANADA. So they spend a day removing the axles and leave them on the USA side. They pick up the dozer, try to re-enter the USA and the Canada guards say NO, your dozer has a little dirt up inside the tracks, you are ordered to the place that you loaded this dozer and to unload it and wash it 100% clean of all dirt or leave the dozer in Canada, no canadian soil is permitted to cross the border.
I for one will never visit Canada, their money system ####, their medical system #### and I can imagine they feel the same about entering the USA, because these types of guards probably do the power trip on all humans. I once visited Toronto back in 1984 and the power of the government would condem a human for dropping a gum rapper on the ground and the hotels were charging $5 a beer for the same beer that cost $1 in the USA or 40 cents in a grocery store, etc. A common sweater cost $100 that would cost $25 in the USA, so on and so forth and then I will always remember this huge sign I seen that called this Land the Queens LAND!
I assume many never have a problem and we only here the horror stories.
