Hello!
Do you know how long it takes for moly to work? Silly question I know, all the minerals that I notice "doing" something for me do so in a mater of hours or a day at most. I get insomnia from sulfur minerals and I took the moly for over a week and still the sulfur based minerals caused me insomnia.
Also have you noticed that moly inhibits any of your other minerals?
