Potassium Chloride and Co-Q 10 report

Made a run to the health food store. They had potassium citrate, potassium gluconate and potassium chelate, but nothing labeled potassium chloride. I bought twin labs potassium citrate because it was the only one that said no salt or allergens.

Re: co-q10, maybe the reason it hasn't worked for me is because I didn't take any oil with it. I'm a very low fat person, and the body needs oil to utilize it. I bought Jarrow brand co Q 10, 200 mgs and flax oil with cinnamon flavoring, yum yuum good. Just took 400 mgs and a tablespoon of oil. I will have to psyche myself up to take 3000 mgs again, partly because it is so expensive, and now that I'm having big pounding palpitations, I'm kinda afraid I'll have a great big hole in my heart if a worm comes running out too quickly.

Am boiling water to make a cup of cloves/hawthorne tea. Heart worms hate that too.
