Many people wouldn't know what to do nor would they do the amount of research you've done.

Using this noninvasive computerized "tomography" would have given an accurate diagnosis. But since you don't have insurance your work on yourself will pay off.

I'm sure your using the combo of the Black-Walnut /clove/wormwood correct??? I heard it is crucial
to get it from someone who is harvesting it properly!
