Re: Grass Cubes turned out great!

it takes about 16 oz to fill a tray.

fresh is always better of course, but i just dont have the time in the am, so this method works for me. i am genuinely surprised at how much lifeforce is preserved using this method, i thought it would create weak wheatgrass juice, but thats not the case. not as good as fresh, but pretty darn good.

the other problem is that i like apple juice first thing, then followed by wheatgrass juice. and my omega does great with wheatgrass but terrible with apples. so if i want wheatgrass/apple i have to use two different juicers, a real pain.

my mother grows all my wheatgrass for me - mother nature that is! i juice wildcrafted wheatgrass that grows near a river where i live. its the best. however, as summer progresses the wild grass gets tougher and less juicey, so i will have to start growing my own here. but the spring is primo time for wild grass! try it sometimes, you'll like it.
