Grass Cubes turned out great!
i am making my own wheatgrass ice cubes, and i have to say its working out fantastic!
i juice enough wheatgrass to fill an entire tray. then i pour the juice in the tray, wipe off the edges, and then cover with the new saran wrap stuff that is sticky, it creates a nice seal all along the edges of the tray. then i pop that in the freezer. you have to be sure to cover it, you dont want to leave it open to the air.
the great thing about this is that in the am i can make some apple carrot lemon juice and pop in 3 or 4 grass cubes, and i am rocking and rolling. you cant really taste the wheatgrass in there at all to be honest, but you sure can FEEL it! that really revs me up in the am, and the cubes make it real easy to do wheatgrass every day.
you can even just hand squeeze some lemon juice in a cup, add a couple cubes, and down that for a real quick and easy pick me up during the day.
this has worked out so good, i think i may try freezing other juices.
if you do wheatgrass and find that its too time consuming to do everyday, you might want to give this method a try, i highly recommend it!
