This is almost how my illness started before I actually got ill about a year before. For me the first few times I just couldn´t walk all of a sudden and couldn´t get to work but felt normal otherwise and I had it for about a few days to a week and then felt fine again. It was very stressful for me to call in sick cause I had never been sick before, only as a child. After that I started to get some type of exhaustion that you are describing as well and my boyfriend would have to park the car right outside the apartment and lead me downstairs to get me out at all. Since you are also describing the hunger pangs it seems likely that you have gotten parasites. Some docs will probably tell you you have worked too much or some other %¤#&!§-so be prepared. When you get hungry directly after a meal that could mean a lot of things and one thing could be that your body hasn´t absorbed the nutrition from the food you are eating. If it´s a parasite that you have they are eating the nutrition first and if the burden is high enough there might not be much left for yourself. Then they might migrate and block your liver and making it worse and some might even migrate to your sinuses causing the dull pain. The pain can also come from lots of other things!
