Please help...Don't know what to do

I'm going to explain my whole story and hope someone can maybe point me in the right direction. I am so frustrated at this point and don't know what to do. About 2 months ago I started getting these waves of exhaustion that would come on very fast. The only thing that would make me feel better was to get a good meal in me and I'd be fine. This started happening more and more frequently to where it got to the point where this exhaustion was with me all the time. I mean it's an exhaustion that makes it so I can't do anything. Not even a meal will help me out now. But I also feel extremely hungry all the time. No matter how big of a meal I eat now, I still feel hungry about 20 mins after I eat. I also get this feeling behind my eyes thats just like a dull pain whenever this exhaustion sets in totally. I have been to the hospital because it was so bad and all the blood work came back normal. Even my blood Sugar was fine. They did a lot of tests and said I was "OK". Yea right. I am on day 5 of paragone and thought it might be a parasite. I haven't found any relief yet. Still hoping. If someone could maybe try and give me some thoughts to what this could be, that would be unbelievably great. I just hate not knowing what in the world is wrong with me and it's getting pretty discouraging. I didn't know where to post this so I just put it here because i'm on the parasite cleanse. Thanks
