Re: bulging stomach

When this crazy stuff happens to me to that extent/extreme - I get up and crank some tune that takes me "home" or takes me "away", and I Shake It Off. I refuse to watch my torso to throat move about, thrash, breakdance, and wiggle the way it will.

I don't allow myself to think about any worm or worms in a visual way (internally speaking). I pressed this earlier w M. It can very much be extreme peristalsis instigated by what is indeed "in you'. But I'm almost ready to believe some kind of weird physiological thing happens when the psyche "befriends" these enemies by giving them airtime.

I try not to put much fantasy into whatever is "inside of me" that way. (What I CAN actually see in the way of the critters themselves is no fantasy - and enough visual for me.)

Get up and boogy. Cast them away. Consume things that poison them whenever you can.

And find as many opportunities as possible to laugh or love.
