bulging stomach

Last night this thing happened again. After I ate my stomach starts to bulge out just like in an alien movie except luckily no aliens come out through my skin, and I can see clearly that it moves to the left side of the navel for a while and then back again, then up all the way to my stomach. It´s very visible sometimes, I can see the them moving and sometimes it bulges out like a small ball even. It seems that this is a big one since it moves in the same direction and I can see it so clearly but what I´m wondering if is since it´s so big, if it perhaps is a tapeworm, although they are not supposed to move that much I´m thinking. Of course this also happens more when I take herbs. Does anyone know if this could be a tapeworm, I used to think I had only Ascaris before.
