Re: my first liver flush

how much ginger powder? you mean the powdered spice? i will definitely have to try this because the nausea was REALLY bad for my first flush. i am suspecting it will get easier though now that i know what to expect. i wonder if you really need a half a cup of oil. i don't want to chance it though since i had successful results this time. whatever works, i am willing to do. i can't believe how much just one flush has helped me already! my food sensitivities are not completely gone from just one flush but they are definitely not as intense. juice fasting has also helped lessen the intensity of the sensitivities. i am guessing by my third or fourth flush, the pain i get associated with food will all be gone. now i just gotta get digestion under control somehow! my digestion is horrible. but food causes me headaches and pain and cracking joints and all sorts of other nasty symptoms that are not digestive related. Liver Flushing seems to be the key to stopping these types of symptoms, thank god! i have been dealing with this for almost two years. i can't believe i waited so long to flush out of fear. i could kick myself!!!
