The Epsom Salt mixture has water in it. So I say drink a little water if your thirsty but don't over do it. I don't get hungry or thirsty during the flush. I like the olive oil and grapefruit mixture. Tasty! To make the Epsom Salt mixture taste better mix in a little vitamin C powder.
