<I use this Protocol when my sinuses act up and it works for me.>
I've heard that before. The peroxide flooding must loosen junk that irritates the sinuses, I guess? Any kind of junk, whether it be bacterial, viral, or just crude, can cause nasty swelling and misery, and even cold/allergy-like symptoms. Do you live in an area with significant air pollution?
<I lay down on the bed with my head back, put about a dropperfull in each nostril and hold it in for several seconds and then drain it out.>
Although you haven't had a problem with your Middle Ears or Eustachian Tubes, just be careful in that position, when you are putting liquids into your nasal areas. The openings to the Eustachian Tubes are near the bottom back of your throat, so when liquid is in that area, any sneeze, or swallow, or chewing action, or jaw movement, etc., can open the tubes allowing liquids in.
