It's funny, my mom is really thin and also kind of hyper. She cannot gain weight either no matter how much she eats although she is on a really healthy diet. I wonder what that is all about. She likes eating tons of raw fats. It calms her down and we think that it protects her low fat body from nerve damage. She talkes a lot and sometimes just cannot stop and listen. Hope you don't have that problem- can be so annoying(: The body then might need some fat layer to ward off toxins and chemicals from the environment that can overstimulate the nerves and possibly damage them if exposed. If you don't gain weight you might need to eat enough fat on a daily basis to have it in your system. But basically if you feel good that's great- it's the only thing to go by. one suggestion: try having a smoothie with like 3 raw eggs, raw butter or coconutoil, raw honey, avocado, maybe some banana or good dates for dinner and see how your skin feels. It's yum too. Get organic free range and possibly fertile eggs. I know you've done it, been there... but maybe you give this a try!(: If not I'll keep watching sometimes whatever else works on this forum.
