What's up everyone? hows it going?
I just started my job back at the car rental garage again this summer and it's a perfect time to start back up full time with the WD.I noticed that when I ate before work,I was soooooooooooooo much more less productive then when I would fast all day.I ate a steak today just to see if it would help with my mood..it just made me lazy.Soo much for protein making us supposedly more alert.I feel like crap all lazy and junk.I am on a 5-6 day scedule so tommorow I will begin fasting all day again for the next 6 working days.
I also noticed that since eating sparadicly (non WD) my Eczema came back and it's far worse then it's ever been in years.I don't know if it was the sodium in the processed foods I ate or additives but I am all rashy again.
I know fasting will help it alot.I also will begin working out every morning,nothing crazy, just push ups,chin/pull ups and sit ups.Something to pump me up in the mornings..because I have been feeling sluggish lately.
