Re: hello all!

Hi Rygar
STeak in the morning,Hm?
How do you sleep after eating only at night, WD style? And what are you eating? If you feel sluggish with that too, then sth. might be not quite right with your digestion. Like not eating the right food or your internal environment is off. Maybe your colon is clogged up from eating stuff that's indigestible for you and just sitting there, creating a mess...
I think that the skin is a clear indicator of what's up in the colon etc. I get dreamy skin from the right foods for me. And if I eat the wrong foods esp. at night I sleep so bad and wake up with big ol' circles under my eyes. The skin needs to be the right ph too so that it'll look great and to have a reaction with the sun's rays to create a beautiful golden colour. I heard it needs to be alkaline.
And I have such obvious skin shade changes when eating good or not.
Maybe I shouldn't post here because I'm not on the WD. But I do believe in just eating one or two meals a day- but small ones and high quality raw food. Not meat but definitely some good raw eggs in a smoothie or raw goat milk kefir. (Some people can only stomach the egg yolk). And sometimes some raw marinated salmon. Lots of green juices, homemade sauerkraut.... I think once we are super healthy we don't get worms or other bacterial problems. But if we have a swampy acid environment any such things will feel at home inside us.
Hope this helps and you figure this out so you can have the best time ever since you generally seem so happy and full of life! So why not have it all!!!(-:
