Meat is a whole other case. I don't go there either. It doesn't do me good to have it raw. Nor cooked. But the eggs are amazing-if good quality!
Today I made this smoothie 2 raw duck eggs with 1/2 avocado, goji berries, 1 lime (juice), honey, raw cacao and maca powder. It was only like 1 cup of food but a cup of heaven. It tasted like some sort of exotic mousse au chocolat. I have one of those power blenders that get the best concistency. And you can add all kinds of good fats like flaxoil or coconut oil. And....it'll make you very beautifull(;
Good looks aren't really about size. It's more about proportional balance and healthy radiance. like with women it's the ratio betw. hips and waist, glowing skin color and general tone. Should be the same somehow for guys. Right?
For me it's best to go on and off cleansing and building, like a couple weeks of lots of fresh greens and juice and then a while on such smoothies, good fats... Makes me feel best. And working out is crucial. But I learned my lesson not to overdo it. I used to work out for hours every day- since I'm an extrem person at times- well, not everyone would try raw meat, right?!
Now I do 1/2 and hour spinning and stretching one day and pilates/ballet for and hour every other day. If any girl asks your advise I can only recommend this for women.
