do you have a maker? it will be much cheaper, maybe by a couple of orders of magnitude cheaper.

when you are ready, stop the Iodine and start taking the cs. take it as often as you want throughout the day. hold it in the mouth for 6 minutes minimum to allow entrance into the bloodstream sublingually and to mix with saliva to buffer the silver against the hydrochloric acid.

when you know to level off is when you get some kind of reaction. here is one measure which i tried. i captured all of my urine in a glass jar. between urinations, the urine, which was getting very cloudy, would settle and a whitish curd-like precipitate would fill half the glass. i dont "know" what it was(who needs tests?), but over the course of a couple of months or so, the amount of this gunk(candida?) that would settle out decreased from half of the glass to where my urine was again clear and no precipitate could be observed after setting for a while.

i slept a lot, which could be another sign to hold the intake level or lower it to decrease this symptom. at first i was drinking about a pint of homemade cs which was made too strong so that it was yellow. i was following the first instructions i found on the web. still, it has been years and i have never turned blue.

cs is a miracle. one serious burn wound and the silver puppy(brand of maker most recommended) would be worth ten times what you paid for it in reief of pain and lack of scarring. one case of msra(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus), same thing. one life threatening lung infection(get a nebulizer), priceless.
