I have leaky gut and I crave sweets, though I have no other symptoms of candida.
Given that I'm controlling the cravings, do I have to go all-out to defeat the candida, or can I have a small amount of "forbidden" substances such as bread, pasta, chocolate, oranges, etc?
I take probiotics, I exercise, I flush with water, I meditate - attacking the candida on all sides. What i don't understand is, is it all or nothing? (No sugars of any kind) or is there a middle ground?
