I expect I'm typical of the North American male since I haven't previously done anything which would assure a higher intake of Iodine than the 95% of the population said to be deficient. So I'm sure taking the time to become Iodine saturated is likely to have significant effects in the long run, whether I'm aware of it or not and whether the candida is affected or not.
I intend to continue cranking up the dosage to perhaps 3-400 mg for a few more months before dropping it down to a maintenance dosage, in the interest of the mental and visual benefits some of the pioneers have reported.
