I'm English as you may have guessed! Your reply has been so helpful particularly as you seem to have suffered similar symptoms. The doctors here told me I was suffering from anxiety Depression and in the end I was and took anti-depressants for a few months, something I really abhor. I will follow your advice but don't know how to do an enema. Can you help with that? I will wait a fortnight before the next flush and am really anxious to do it because my symptoms are somewhat improved but I know my liver is still congested. Thanks again. Tweet
