Could you explain to me what proportion of ingredients are used for the coffee enema? Like, water to coffee? Instant or brewed? How strong? Etc.

PS. I couldn't even find the enema tools to use at my local pharmacy!! All they had was FLEET enemas, no equipment to buy to mix your own enema. I guess I'll have to go to the BIG city to get these things. Tweet
