If you scroll down on the home page you will find a variety of articles, including recipes and protocols for coffee enemas. I have yet to try this particular brand of coffee so cannot comment on how effective it is. I do know that it is important to use organic caffeinated coffee brewed with purified water. Do NOT use instant coffee. Hope this helps.
