Re: How is that possible?

"thought Vitamin A was fat soluable and was stored in the fat tissues making it more prone to toxicity than water soluable substances. Looks like I need to brush up on this?" Ayeah, you are correct, but the example was that too much of anything is never good.

As per the effects of iodine, I have read too many messages, lately, that indicate an inability for folks to exercise patience and common sense with the results being disappointment and alarm.

I am all for personal responsibility where one's health is concerned, but I think that this is a rather "new" therapy (yes, even though it's been studied by medical practitioners) and that I must err on the side of caution where my dosage is concerned. This should be a very personal decision and dictated by no one group of statistics. And, the decision should only be made after thorough research and proper supplemental preparation. If folks would do the research, ask the questions, and properly prepare, the posts would likely be much more encouraging to other newbies.

(sigh) But, we can't force common sense, can we? Best wishes!
