It seems Dr. Jarvis is referring more to Iodine Supplementation, but not Iodine Therapy.

Since Supplementation and Therapy are two different things, it depends on the individual if they merely want to use Iodine as a Supplement, or do Iodine Therapy.

And of course back in his day and age there was not any pollution and food additives , chemical spraying etc. to consider.

Right now I'm doing Iodine Therapy.
