Re: How is that possible?

Hi Soulful,

Thank you for your response.

>>>Have you ever tied one on and consumed enough alcoholic beverage to cause you to vomit? Sure, drinking causes copious urination, but the damage from alcohol poisoning is on a CELLULAR LEVEL. It takes some time for the body to process anything, even water-soluable substances, and discard excesses.<<<

Yes, I understand what you are saying, and people have died from drinking too much alcohol in too short a period of time... even water has killed people from drinking too much at once.

My question was actually concerning 'responsible' usage. My thoughts concerning excess consumption of a normally benign substance centered around the detox effects that a person might feel. Some of these detox effects could be death. If that is the subject then that needs to be clarified.

I thought, perhaps incorrectly, that we were all operating from the standpoint of being responsible in what we chose to do for ourselves.

Being foolhardy is inadviseable always. Don't want to die from drinking too much water at one go, and I certainly don't want to feel major detox either from healing crises.

>>>Please, don't fool yourself into thinking that anything and everything is water-soluable and easily eliminated via the urinary tract. One can overdose on Vitamin A and cause permanent visual damage - yes, Vitamin A.<<<

Thank you for your caution. Hmmm... thought Vitamin A was fat soluable and was stored in the fat tissues making it more prone to toxicity than water soluable substances. Looks like I need to brush up on this?
