Literalists can't stand a literal interpretation

"get a good study bible, you are taking things out of context."

That's an old "can't stand a literal interpretation" trick.  Most study bibles that I've seen just program you in their blasphemous belief system and tell you what the verses mean without giving any background information on the mistranslations or additions and deletions in the passages they are twisting.

Show me one verse that I quoted out of context.  I suggest that you learn about the bible, in particular the New Testament.  Jesus taught in Aramaic, and all translations of "the official" book are from Greek, and not even the earliest ones.  Besides, not one book of the gospels were written bay an eye witness.  Also, how did they get from Aramaic to Greek?  If you don't believe that the NT in particular has been twisted and manipulated to fit someone's belief system - different than what Jesus taught, then you know very little about it.

Jesus responded to those who were going to stone with a brief portion of a Psalms scripture that says "Ye are gods."  Jesus didn't quote out of context and neither have I.
