Re: Has a flush helped with a PMS?
Hi,
What has helped for both my wife and one of her best friends, PMS-wise, is to get plenty of minerals, including and especally magnesium, particularly the week before menstruation. Neither complains of cramps any more, and their moodiness cycle is gone.
(Then again, whenever I've had cramps, I've been pretty irritable, too.)
As far as estrogen buildup, this suggests boron deficiency, another important mineral. Boron helps restore estrogen balance, and it also plays a key part in maintaining bone density.
Getting these minerals will also increase your body's pH (make it more alkaline), which keeps your body from having to spend energy (and find bizarre ways, like, say, cysts) to clean up acidity in your body.
Lots of raw fruits and vegetables are good for increasing your body's pH, too. You probably don't eat nearly enough of them.
My suggestion, therefore, is to get extra minerals into your system, including magnesium and boron. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't also do flushes -- you definitely should -- but I'd start with the minerals and a
Colon Cleanse and
parasite cleanse *before* doing the liver flush. Since you're already having cysts, you need to get yourself cleaned out. But don't set yourself up for disappointment by jumping ahead of the program. A
Liver Flush is not the sole answer to your problem, it's merely a step a bit further down the road.
Good luck!
