Sorry, there, but you didn't mention any of that before, and I've never seen (or noticed...) your handle in these forums, so I surely don't have a history on you that I can go back and check on.
You didn't mention boron, however.
You might want to check out http://www.sensiblehealth.com/. The woman there (Julia, I believe) discusses a lot of useful info on estrogen-related problems.
