Re: Has a flush helped with a PMS?

Thanks for the suggestion but have been on major dosages of calcium/magnesium/vitamin d, vitmain c, vitamin e, B6 and using Progesterone Oil for the past several months. Have also quit drinking coffee/colas during the week...only have 1-2 cups of coffee on sat and sun mornings. I quit using any lotions, shampoo, condition that have parabem in them and stopped using chemical filled laundry detergent, dish detergent and dishwasher detergent. My main problem with PMS is not mood related. My breasts swell up and are very sore and tender for a good 10 days. Since I started this new regime, the time has been cut shorter but it is still bothersome. One month, I didn't have any pain or swelling at all. I have read a lot about estrogen dominance and I have the classic symptoms. Estrogen is not eliminated from the body very well if you have blocked liver/gallbladder so thought that doing the cleanse would be a good thing. Also, unlike what you think, I eat a diet rich in vegetables and grains.
