I did the tincture/wormwood/clove method and zapped with a regular 9V battery every day or so. If you get parasites moving out without the zapper then the cleanse should be enough (in my mind at least). I needed the extra killer boost the zapper added and still though I could get better results so I'm going to do a coQ10 dose before my next flush and continue with the (tincture/wormwood/clove) parasite maintanence protocol that my wife and I are on now.
