I am a 55 yr old female.
After almost 10 years of misery, caused by intestinal problems and arm, leg and back pain, all due to a botched exploratory surgery years ago, I recently began taking supplements (colustrum, chromium polynicotinate, bee pollen, bee propolis, royal jelly, acidophilus, milk thistle and, among others, methylcobalamine B12) which have given me some energy and mental alertness I have not enjoyed in the above mentioned time frame! It has also permitted me to cut down on my painkillers from 5X a day to TWICE only!
I've read that it is recommended that all supplements and vitamins (except B6 and magnesium... I take citrate) be put on hold before the liver flush, as they could "prevent success"....... Can anyone tell me if that is so? I'd hate to stop taking the things that have me feeling better.
Also, has anyone attempted this
Liver Flush WITHOUT first doing the
parasite and kidney cleanses? I've read that both are also necessary for success.
I am quite certain that these flushes would be beneficial for me and help with the various symptoms I have which denote an unhealthy liver/gallbladder, but I want to be sure of the above before proceeding.
Thankyou very much for any feedback you may offer here,
Liu
