There is a reason Dr. Clark recommends the order of cleansing and, if you can, follow that order.

I take supplements and have for 30 years. I did not stop taking them when I completed my liver cleanses.

No, I did not follow the order. I jumped right in and did the liver cleanse first. I completed eight three weeks apart until there were no more stones. In between, I did a parasite cleanse and am now doing a second colon cleanse. I have never done a kidney cleanse.

I feel great, other than a sore throat I got from a cousin while attending a family reunion this past weekend. Minor stuff.

Go ahead and flush and don't forget to post your results!
