I suggest that here may be other factors affecting your depression. You could be suffering from allergies or perhaps some digestive problems that interferes with the absorption of nutrients.

The best way to find out about that is seeing a Nutritional Doctors or a Clinical Nutritionist who can test you for any of these illnesses.
