And where do seeds (pumpkin/flax/hemp) fit into the picture? Good/bad? I hear that the best way to get the pumpkin seed effect on the parasites anyway is to grind them into a powder - so you can take in a ton at once, but probably for more potency also.
I know you're into water soluable. It makes sense. I don't really "add" fiber into anything but LONG ago I did dig bran muffins - the really good kind. Funny about the bran gen. I could be from it, kinda. But now it's different - fruit, veg - juicy fresh whole things.
