Dont Fast To Loose Weight
if you are fasting to loose weight please dont! its quite possibly the worst thing you can do to loose weight, yes you will loose weight on the fast but you will quickly gain it back after the fast and probably put on an extra bit of weight too.
the reason is and this has been shown with experiments is that we all have a baseline weight which our body sets itself too, this means your body will allways resort back to a certain weight. when you fast you change this baseline so your body resorts back to a higher weight than when you started.
to lower your baseline weight you need anerobic and aerobic exercise (i.e running and weights), plus cut out sugars and white flour, i.e. proper nutrition, fasting may work for some people but for most fasting to loose weight is a big mistake, the same with diets, they just put your body in starvation mode causing you to hold onto fat! this is not to say fasting isnt good for your health, it is, just dont think fasting is going to make you slim in the long run.
