How is your dental health? how do your nails look? How does your tongue look? Are your feet dry and cracked or clammy & moist? Is your skin dry or clammy & moist? If you can answer yes to any of these questions then you are mineral dificient, thyroid is off, adrenals are off, hormones are off...DON'T try to cleanse if these are an issue.

When you are ill, the most important thing you can do to get better is take in more ph balanced water, eat balanced meals with protein at each meal, take a good quality multi vit, stop experimenting with supplements, get fresh air and sunshine and remain positive.

Cleansing when your ill only depletes your body more, trust me I've been there. I only wish someone was there to warn me when I was going thru my health crisis.

There is nothing more important than your health and well being. I suggest taking out a personal loan of $2000-$3000 and do your research and find the best alternative doctor in your area.

Personally, I drive 2.5 hours from my home every month to see an energy healer, she uses the SCIO, quantum theory approach, and crystals to find my answer to emotional healing and general wellness balancing. She has been working in alternative medicine for 30 years and charges $50 an hour and is well worth it. It has changed my life. Everything she has told me to do has helped me get better. I have also found a local alternative doctor who specializes in thyroid/adrenal problems and I pay him $70 an hour. He uses kiensiology, EFT, rife technology & prescribes the best supplements. He specializes in Lyme disease, which I have. He is very wise, he used to be a Medical school professor.

What I am trying to say is take the time to search out the right people to help you. They are out there but they are not always easy to find. Try calling a few reiki or reflexolgy clinics to see if they know of anyone in the area that could help you.
