Is it possible to see the future trough the power of intention?

I often do betting accumilators and I'm not sure if I could use the power of intention to pick winning selections.The problem I have is if the future isn't already decided [which is what the power of intention suggests]then the universe dosn't yet know.I doubt I could make the teams win through the power of intention.I would love to hear peoples views on this because this question has been bothering me for years.I also wonder about the ethical and moral part of this goal because if I win it means someone has to lose [the bookie].....thanks james Tweet
