Thank you for replying. Although I've got some of the 'yuck-factor' causing me trouble, I am trying to stay open-minded about the subject in case that is truly what is best. I thought about that last poster and concluded the logic didn't work for me: what could be more natural then going directly to the site of something clogged rather than taking something orally? That logic doesn't extend to clogged arteries or liver, etc. Obviously, a slower, careful oral approach for clogged arteries is necessary (aka eating veggies instead of fast food).

I am wondering if you have any good sites for me to educate myself further on what you called a home colonic board? *shudder* no really I'm open minded although I'm tempted to ask just for fun how many you have to do before you get used to the idea! LOL

Seriously, I'd be interested to learn more about that - I'll search on my own but would welcome a recommendation since I assume you've been through the process yourself? And also, I wonder if weight management is easier when things are cleaned out and working properly? Would one lose a few pounds ongoing since the body is hypothetically more adept at using nutrients and eliminating other stuff?

Thanks again. Please anyone else feel free to chime in with preferred methods and results stories. I would like to make sure what I do helps rather than hurts my body and that I understand a good bit about it.
