I normally do not answer on this forum but seeing that you did not get too many replies i am going to try to answer your questions. Yes colon cleanse and bowel cleanse are the same thing.

I do not use any so called “special colon cleanse products” such as Oxyclean or Colonix.

My programs are short, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days. I don’t believe in long “cleanse” lasting 10, 20 or more days.
